    Everything was really good from the staff to the room, comfortable bed and brand-new room. Location: the hotel was short walk to the Wanaka shops/restaurants and the city centre and the town center. Apart from that, Mt Outdoors was 15 minutes' drive away. The pool was nice and I had complimentary drinks in the outdoor bar. On the plus side, there was parking onsite.

    Fine views all around, with beautiful sunsets over the lake! The peaceful location made for a refreshing getaway. I just wish we had more than one night to enjoy all the fab facilities!

    But honestly, my suitcase was heavier than a toddler. Good luck with that!

    The lake view from my room was fine, with amazing scenery right outside my window. The staff provided excellent service from check-in to check-out, always friendly and helpful. I appreciated how they accommodated my request to change rooms without any hassle. The restaurant had really good food options, and they really took my dietary restrictions seriously, which I valued greatly. The room itself felt a bit dated in terms of decor. While it had all the necessities, it could definitely use an update to match the beautiful surroundings. I encountered a minor issue with the internet connection which could be frustrating at times.

    We enjoyed our stay with the fine lake view from our suite, and my kids loved the outdoor tennis courts and the nearby playground. The room was spacious and comfortable.
